MADE IN ITALY. This Thermocapsuler is a horizontal type PVC shrink cap shrinking machine. After the machine heats up (about 2 minutes), place a PVC capsule on the top of your wine bottle, slide the top of the bottle into the heating element, and within 1 second your PVC capsule will shrink into place. CAUTION: THIS ITEM GETS VERY HOT! DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED. TURN OFF AND UNPLUG UNIT WHEN NOT IN USE.
