Abbey Malt - Chateau

Château Abbey Malt is a Belgian brown malt that is up to 25% of the grist in a range of beers, from pale ales to special beers. This malt is germinated and kilned at up to 110°C to give a taste of cooked bread, nuts, and fruit. With its intense flavor, this malt mellows on aging, making it an ideal choice for a strong, complex beer.
