Briess Rye Malt adds a unique, spicy rye flavor to German-style Roggen beers and other specialty brews. Fully modified, it mashes well and yields a beer with a hint of fruity, spicy flavor. With less than 20% of total grist, a single-temperature infusion mash is sufficient, although rice hulls should be added if used at more than 20%.
